The Camillus Senior Center supports adults in their efforts to remain healthy, active & independent members of the community by providing socially, intellectually, & physically enriching activities for the senior population age 55 & over. The center also serves the senior community by acting as a resource for senior related issues.
Senior activities include stretch, strengthen and balance classes, senior power hour classes, drawing and painting classes, day trips, lecture series, card playing, bunko, chair yoga, line dancing, Mexican train dominoes, tai chi chih, movies, parties, special events and a variety of other activities.
PEACE LUNCH PROGRAM
Hot, delicious meals are served Monday through Friday at 12 noon. Suggested contribution for seniors age 60 and over (or spouse) is $3.50. Reservations are required a day in advance and can be made by calling (315) 672-3163 or (315) 672-5820.

Food Sense Program
Food Sense is a program of the Food Bank of Central New York and run out of the Camillus Senior Center. It is an opportunity to purchase food at a discount. EVERYONE can participate. There are no age or income requirements. It is ideal for families, single households and senior citizens. Monthly unit packages include 12-15 staple grocery items and costs $20.50. Rotating monthly specials can be purchased in addition to the basic unit. Orders may be place on Mondays from 10-12 at the Camillus Senior Center, 27 First Street in the village. Food is picked up on the 4th Wednesday of each month from 2:30 -4:00 p.m. To view the monthly flyer, go to camillusrecreation.com or stop by the senior center.
